Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup tapioca pearls
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups water for cooking tapioca pearls
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. 3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup. Stir to coat the pearls evenly.
  4. 4. In a glass, add a few spoonfuls of the tapioca pearls and syrup. Pour in the milk and add ice cubes. Stir well before drinking.
