Brown Sugar Bubble Tea
A sweet and creamy bubble tea made with brown sugar and chewy tapioca pearls.

- ½ cup tapioca pearls
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 cups water for cooking tapioca pearls
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup. Stir to coat the pearls evenly.
4. In a glass, add a few spoonfuls of the tapioca pearls and syrup. Pour in the milk and add ice cubes. Stir well before drinking.
