- 1 cup Brown rice rinsed
- 2 cups Water
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
1. Rinse the brown rice under cold water.
2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
3. Add the rinsed rice and salt to the boiling water.
4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 10 minutes.
6. Fluff with a fork and serve.
