  • 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place broccoli florets in a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli rice to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
