Instructions
1. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. Let it cool.
2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Let them cool.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, steamed broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
