Broccoli Pesto Mushrooms Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Basil leaves
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ cup Pine nuts
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Olive oil
- 1 lb Mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a blender, combine broccoli, basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
Season the pesto with salt and pepper to taste.
Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and fill each with a spoonful of broccoli pesto.
Bake for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Serve warm and enjoy!
