Main Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 baguette sliced
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam broccoli until tender.
In a food processor, blend broccoli, Parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread broccoli pesto on baguette slices.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
