  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine broccoli, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to make the pesto.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the broccoli pesto evenly over the chicken.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
