Broccoli Ham Casserole

- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, ham, and cheese. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
