Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, ham, and cheese. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
