Broccoli Cranberry Slaw Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup Dried cranberries
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
- 0.5 cup Red onion thinly sliced
Dressing
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cranberries, carrots, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
