Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Red onion diced

Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
