- 1 large head broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cubed bread
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Steam broccoli until tender.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add bread cubes, broccoli, and cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
