Broccoli Cheddar Mac & Cheese

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Macaroni
- 3 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Steam or boil the broccoli florets until tender. Drain and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to whisk until the mixture thickens.
5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Combine the cooked macaroni and broccoli with the cheese sauce. Mix well.
7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
