  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped broccoli and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook on the stovetop for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and golden on top.
  7. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
