- 1 cup broccoli florets chopped
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped broccoli and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook on the stovetop for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and golden on top.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
