Broccoli Cheddar Casserole
A comforting casserole with broccoli and cheddar cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Steam broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese until melted.
Combine broccoli and cheese sauce in a baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
