  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 0.5 cup red onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
