  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Combine broccoli, cauliflower, and cheese sauce in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
