Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender.
In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
Combine broccoli, cauliflower, and cheese sauce in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
