Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
