Broccoli Bacon Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Red onion diced
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Sugar
1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Crumble when cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, crumbled bacon, diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
