  • 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough
  • 4 oz Brie cheese Sliced
  • 1 medium Apple Thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Layer brie slices and apple slices on the bread in the skillet.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
