Main Ingredients
- 6 slices bread cubed
- 1 lb sausage cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups cheese shredded
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a baking dish, layer the cubed bread, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
