  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Green onion, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the cooked rice and stir to coat with butter.
  3. 3. Push the rice to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  4. 4. Mix the scrambled eggs with the rice. Add soy sauce and stir well.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
