- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup diced bell peppers
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Add bell peppers, onions, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
