  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add shredded cheese, cooked sausage, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
