Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and onions.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumber and onion mixture. Let it cool to room temperature.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to mason jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
