Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken breast, boneless and skinless cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Toss fried chicken in Buffalo sauce until well coated.
  7. 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
