Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
Add bok choy, cook for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
Pour in soy sauce and vegetable broth, stir well.
Cook for another 3-4 minutes until bok choy is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
