Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb bok choy chopped
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 0.25 cup vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add bok choy, cook for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and vegetable broth, stir well.
  5. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until bok choy is tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
