- 6 slices Bread preferably stale
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish.
Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the blueberries over the bread cubes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
