- 1 unit Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
Scatter the blueberries over the ricotta mixture.
Drizzle honey and olive oil on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the blueberries are bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
