- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Oats rolled
- 1 cup Milk any type
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
