Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats and milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add egg, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the oat mixture. Mix well.
3. Gently fold in blueberries.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
