  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats and milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add egg, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the oat mixture. Mix well.
  3. 3. Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
  5. 5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
