Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, and brown sugar.
  3. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread blueberries evenly over the crust.
  6. Drizzle honey and vanilla extract over the blueberries.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.
