Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable oil, egg, and milk. Add to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
