Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and lemon zest.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
