Crumble Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold and cut into small pieces
Blueberry Filling
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar for the crumble topping. Add the cold butter pieces and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In another bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch for the filling.
Pour the blueberry mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blueberries.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
