Blueberry Cheesecake Parfait

- 1 cup Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh
- 1 cup Graham crackers crushed
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
In parfait glasses, layer the cream cheese mixture, blueberries, and crushed graham crackers.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled. Top with a few blueberries and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
