Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups melted butter
  • 0.25 cups sugar

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Sprinkle blueberries on top.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
