Blueberry Cheesecake Bars
Delicious blueberry cheesecake bars with a graham cracker crust.

Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups melted butter
- 0.25 cups sugar
Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 0.75 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Sprinkle blueberries on top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
