Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, ½ cup sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine blueberries, ¼ cup sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Spread over the crust.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool before cutting into bars.
