Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoon Melted butter
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 Banana (sliced)
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Gently fold in the blueberries and banana slices.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the pan.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
