Blini Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm.
