Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Spice Mix

  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Mix all the spices together in a bowl.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and coat them with the spice mix.
  3. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken breasts for about 7-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
