- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Spice Mix
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Mix all the spices together in a bowl.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and coat them with the spice mix.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken breasts for about 7-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
