Main Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm.
2. Add the turmeric powder and black pepper. Whisk to combine.
3. Continue to heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
4. Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup if using.
5. Pour into mugs and serve immediately.
