Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans until mostly smooth.
Add the grated sweet potato, breadcrumbs, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Transfer the patties to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
