Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine black beans, cooked quinoa, bread crumbs, egg, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
  4. 4. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
