Ingredients

  • 2 cups Black Beans cooked
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. 2. Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
