Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 4 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the black beans, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the corn kernels and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  7. Spoon the black bean mixture onto each tortilla, top with shredded cheese and salsa, then roll up the burritos.
