Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine black beans, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the beaten egg until well combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
