Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- ½ cup Oats
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ⅓ cup Maple syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ cup Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender and blend until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
