  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Enjoy!
