- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
