Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the chopped okra and mix well. Cook on low heat until the okra is tender and cooked through.
Sprinkle garam masala on top and mix well. Serve hot with roti or rice.
