- 1 cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- 1 cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
